Yeti Tribe

We attended the Yeti Tribe in Durango this past weekend, and it being my first tribe gathering, I am hooked! 3 days of camping, spectacular riding, and hanging out with all lovers of Yeti was so much fun!

Loaded up and heading out... 380 miles Denver to Durango.
Descending from beautiful Wolf Creek Pass.
Got the weekend started off right Friday with a short spin on the Horse Gulch Trails.
Saturday was the major ride - 4 hrs riding the Colorado Trail. Nothing but smiles all the way!
One reason why we run tubeless... helping World 4X Champion Jared Graves fix a double pinch flat - super nice guy!
Exhausted after 1,400ft of steep climbs!
Sore legs Sunday on the 3rd day of riding hard, but we couldn't pass up Overend bike park!
Happy campers - riding is perfect medicine for the soul and for a happy marriage!
Chimney Rock, one of the many beautiful sites along the 6.5 hr drive.Leaving Durango in the rearview... we'll be back, especially for the fantastic riding!

Double Whopper

The human body is truly amazing... I am a test rat en vivo. Somehow, the natural combination of adrenalin, endorphins, and ATP > Lactic Acid overpowered my "30 min- rides on the trainer- 3 times a week- training program," insomnia, and fatigue that's had a grip on me for the last 5 months.

Keystone is my favorite course, and while the complete trifecta (including short track) eluded me, I'll gladly take being crowned Colorado State Champion in XC and Super-D!
Congrats to all my teammates, it was a fun weekend hanging out with the team again... That 8th MSC title is well within our grasp!
