First Dirt

My new Yeti 575 saw its first ride outside this week, with a short roll-out on the neighborhood dirt paths. It really needs a proper singletrack christening, but that is a bit away with the weekly Denver winter snow-melt cycle. To sum up my first experience aboard the "Big" bike, it is certainly heavier than my ASR-c, yet it inspires nothing short of fun as it begs to pounce off drops and crush rocky terrain under its sturdy yet nimble chassis! I can't to get out on the trail and really develop my legs of steel pedaling this 6" travel mammoth uphill and then ripping a screaming descent!
