Never a Sure Thing...

Finally, the end of the week, and the end of practical exams... Now I only have to look forward to an delightful weekend of all studying and 4 days of exams next week. Simply cannot wait... *sarcasism*

The Final Countdown...

Alas the 3 weeks of doom and gloom have arrived... FINALS. As much as I hate this point in the semester, it is really what I look forward to the most - late nights studying, stressing to the max, and then finally passing my classes and moving on. Each semester the ante is upped, with more papers, more practical exams, and final written exams crammed into a less than 10 days.

However, with this being my last full semester of classes before I embark on a series of clinical rotations and a short stint of classes sprinkled over the next year, the pressure to perform is more intense than ever. As much as I feel like it's all a blur, I know I have learned... It's just a matter of putting it all together... (click on picture for more explanation)

Entering the Terrible 2's!!

Guinness' 2nd birthday was today, and we celebrated the big bash in style!!

Guinness was meowing excitedly to get the party started!She got her own cupcake with 2 candles. She also learned last year not to get too close to fire!

And she even got to sample a bit of the icing!
Next came the presents... first a catnip-filled chirping bird. Jameson was VERY interested at this point!Guinness' second present (2 presents for 2 years old!) was a catnip-filled sheep toy.
However, within minutes Jameson managed to steal both toys away! Jameson, your big bday is only 2 months away!!
